George Washington Comes to MS

8th grade students at the Willow Springs Middle School have been studying about the American Revolutionary War and the period following. During this time, students were required to do research on George Washington. On one day, the students had to work in teams to design a costume for one of the students in class. This student was to be dressed as George Washington. After getting dressed up, the student aka George Washington walked around the campus at Willow Springs School fielding questions about Washington. The student then returned to class and reported on how George Washington was received and what type of questions or comments he garnered.
