EL Reading Night

EL Reading NightLights! Camera! Read!

On February 26, the elementary held their annual Reading Night. There were 148 children in attendance, and all children received a free book compliments of elementary teachers.

First National Bank donated and served popcorn and the book fair was open in the library.  Community and school board members donated their time to read various children’s books that were connected to popular movies, such as, Horton Hatches an Egg, Madagascar, How I Became a Pirate, and much more.  Children had the opportunity to hear three different stories and enjoy their snacks.

A special thanks to all those who donated their time to make reading night a huge success.
