The Willow Springs 7th and 8th grade Lady Bear’s recently finished their season

The Willow Springs 8th grade Lady Bear volleyball team finished their season with a 7-3 record.  “This is probably the best class of 8th grade area volleyball teams that I’ve seen in a long thime.  And, our three match losses were all in two games”, said Coack Valarie Jackson.
The WS 8th grade Lady Bears lost their final home game against the undefeated Lady Eagles of Liberty.  The Lady Eagles beat the Lady Bears in straight sets.  The final scores were Liberty 25, 25 and Willow Springs 17, 22.

The Willow Springs 7th grade Lady Bears finished the season 0-10.  Coach Jackson commented, “This is nothing new for a 7th grade squad of 18 players.  The important thing is that everyone gets an opportunity to play and find out what they need to work on.”  Good luck next year ladies!
